Ridgemond Training is Hertfordshire’s largest independent training provider. We are a registered charity, established in 1983 to deliver youth training programmes. Our objectives are to provide training and support for people aged 14 years upwards, enabling them to gain a recognised qualification and secure employment.

Over the past 25 years we have evolved into a flexible training centre providing a range of nationally recognised training programmes to both business and community. We have three Training Centres, based in Stevenage, Luton and Letchworth, all within easy access to the major road networks and public transport hubs.
