Customer Service NVQ 2

Customer Service NVQ 2 Delivering a high standard of Customer Service is a challenge that faces all organisations. Customers are demanding and less likely to tolerate poor service. From the customers’ perspective excellent Customer Service involves the organisation delivering the promise, providing a personal touch, going the extra mile and resolving
problems well.

The way in which Customer Service is delivered makes the difference between success and failure. Also, helping to keep customers happy will help keep employees happy in their jobs.

An NVQ in Customer Service will demonstrate to the organisation and its employees that there is a commitment to consistently delivering good customer service and a desire to develop and improve the service that is provided.

Business & Administration NVQ 2

Business & Administration NVQ 2 Every Business needs effective administration. The Business and Administration NVQs are aimed at staff working in administration across all occupations and sectors of employment.

This versatile level 2 qualification is aimed at individuals who carry out a wide range of administrative tasks. The structure of the qualification is very flexible, as individuals will study 2 core units and may also select three optional units which best suit their work situation and job role. The employer can be reassured that individuals will be trained within the culture and ethos of the company whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

Learners also get the opportunity to take their CITB Health & Safety test, which is necessary to apply for a CSCS card (required to gain access to mostbuilding sites).

The Apprenticeship Scheme gives a company like yours the opportunity to train your staff for free. Apprentices learn through a combination of on and off-the-job education and training. On the job they work alongside your staff and the rest of the time they learn from Ridgemond, usually on a day release basis.
